1. I registered as a user and I can't login. What do I need to do?
After your basic registration as a user, you will receive a confirmation email from iWeddingDownload.com. From that email log back in by clicking on the attached link then proceed to check out or continued shopping.
2. How do I activate my account?
By checking your email!!! Look for \"Activation email from iweddingdownload.com\" and click on the link provided.
3. What is a CP?
CP means Control Panel. You get this when you sign up as a User and a Photographer.
4. What is the difference between a User and a Photographer?
Users are clients (brides, parents, friends relatives etc...)and the photographer uses our services to provide digital downloads to the consumer.
5. Does a user have to pay a membership to use this service?
No its free.
6. If I am a professional photographer is this free?
No. There is a one-time membership fee and a monthly hosting charge.
7. If I am a professional photographer and using your services, am I tied to a contract?
No. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or early termination fees.
8. How do I download my photos?

10. Can I make prints from any of the digital files that I purchase?
Sorry you can not. Downloaded files are at 72dpi resulting in poor quality prints if trying to be reproduced!
11. Where do I find the script that will downsize the images in LR/PS before uploading them to the site?
They are located in your photographer\'s admin panel. When you are about to create a new event, it will ask you if you have resized the photos. Click on that link and you will find the actions, as well as a video tutorial, to guide you through the process.
